Order Processing Times
All online orders are processed within 1-2 business days as our sauces are bottled fresh and boxed securely for transit.
Orders are not processed or shipped on public holidays or weekends. During peak holiday seasons (such as Christmas or Father's Day braai rushes), processing may take up to 3 business days. If any significant delay is expected, we will reach out to you via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
Local Collection (Nelspruit)
Skip delivery fees and collect your order directly from our headquarters in Nelspruit!
- Cost: Free
- Location: 27 van der Merwe Straat, Nelspruit, 1200.
- Process: Select "Local Pickup" during checkout. You will receive an email or WhatsApp text when your order is packed and ready for collection.
- Please wait for your confirmation notification before coming to collect your order.
Nationwide Courier Delivery
We provide nationwide door-to-door courier delivery across South Africa via reliable courier partners (e.g., The Courier Guy).
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and order size.
- Deliveries to major metropolitan areas (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Cape Town) typically arrive within 2-4 business days.
- Regional or outlying areas may take 3-5 business days for delivery.
- Tracking details will be emailed to you as soon as the package is handed over to the courier.
Transit Damages & Breakages
Since our products are packaged in premium glass bottles, transit breakages can occasionally happen despite our heavy protective packaging.
If you receive a package that shows signs of breakage or leakages, please take clear photos of the unopened parcel and contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email. We will dispatch a replacement shipment right away.
